In addition to supplying the Canadian market, our frozen salmon is exported to Japan and the Pacific Rim, Europe, and the United States. The salmon is graded for size, freshness, meat and skin colour and segregated by area of catch. Our blast freezers are capable of super cold temperatures to insure a rapid freeze.
